We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the Software on up to 3 of your personal Windows devices, subject to the payment of the applicable one-time license fee.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) required to use certain features of the Software. You agree to comply with the terms of service of those third-party providers.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting our support team or using the Lemon Squeezy order management page.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI models accessed through the Software.
