AI Context is designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. All your API keys, chat history, custom prompts, and settings are stored locally on your own device in standard INI/JSON files. We do not transmit, collect, or store this data on our servers.

3. Data Collection

When you purchase a license through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), they collect necessary billing information (such as email and payment details). We receive your email address and license key status to provide software activation. We do not have access to your credit card information.

4. Usage of External APIs

When you use the software to generate AI responses, the application communicates directly with the API providers you have configured (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or local models). Your prompts and data are subject to the privacy policies of the respective API providers you choose to use.
